When is this game coming out of Early Access?

Just wondering if the game devs are going to run off with the money or actually deliver the game they promised to bring to their players and those who bought the boxsets back in 2009-2010. I just hope these Riot guys aren't the same type of indie company that runs off with the money, but after 8 years of "Early Access development" their patches and updates have slowed down, community relations are almost non-existent, and there's only one or two devs who go on their website to answer two or three questions. I dunno guys, anyone else feel like 8-9 years of early access is too much? Does anyone know if I can get a refund for the box? Or did I just get Day-Z'd?
