That's why I'm so confused.

I thought Veigar is a male Yordle, but this picture clearly shows Veigar as a female Yordle. Unless this is a rule 63 thing.

Could be that Veigar was actually a girl the whole time and was only manipulating everyone intothinking she were a male, because in her own twisted little mind, she thought nobody would take a short dark mage seriously, much less a female short dark mage.

Its more that female yordles have really thin fur on their faces making them look more like small humans with weirdly colored skin,while male yordles look more like hamster-humans.
