Prioritize Ultimate skins. Since I'm into the technological ones, I go for Pulsefire , and DJ . Afterwards, Legendary technological skins so skins like Battle Cast Alpha or Project . Finally, all the other cheaper technological skins. If I get remaining RP afterwards, I could spend it on technological ward skins and special event summoner icons that change the skin of certain in game objects or effects like minions, poros, or give special effects like explosions.

I always spend my RP on skins and only skins. That's what real money is for in my book when it comes to in game purchases.
