rito fix this right now

I haven't been able to find on the champion select screen for quite some time now. as a dedicated Light Blue Square main since season 3, I demand that you put him back in the game, and give him more damage on his passive and q. I don't mind if you make the fear shorter to compensate. and sometimes the attach is buggy. (insert other obscure mechanics here) I expect some good QoL changes for my boy
