Lets see, 5 obvious ones, Garen, Zed, Liss, Nasus, and Heim. A couple skins can do it but those are the base 5 for anyone who knows more.

There is also blitz's sliding taunt spam, THE TIME OF MAN HAS COME TO AN END!

It really tilts enemies and makes them less wary of your Q being up because you are in their face emote spamming.
