never liked Thresh with item 3302 never saw a thresh with it cs right they always repeatedly hitting the minions think they would execute the minion with the relic instead of using Thresh passive to get the minion

Its more like the adc out damages thresh passive so you have to try to auto the minion before your adc does. Of course that means you don't get it anyway and you both feel sad about the situation.

as a ADC main i try to give the Thresh a chance to use his relic but when i do that im pretty much watching him hitting the minion til he kills it or dies to another minion and at that point i lose all hope on his ability to csing

Actually i find its not too hard with Thresh item 3302 as long as you Max E first for passive damage? Plus my many games of practise. Thats probably why i can correctly judge the time to auto attack. The health you need the minion to be at is half of what it says on the tooltip from what i can tell.
