buffs like this are more important than you think...
Lissandra is already in a fine spot and even pickable in niche situations in proplay.
As you saw literally this patch, overly buffing things that are already performing well ( 
) has just led to absolute fucking chaos even after they HOTFIXED it
I don't think this is as minor as you think.
Lissandra's Q is her bread and butter. It's her poke, it's her waveclear, it's the tool she uses to get close to somebody or kite away. Its short cooldown means even a small damage increase makes a big difference.
The moment where Lissandra can totally clear a wave in two Qs is a massive spike for her, as she can begin to shove and roam to skirmishes and objectives effortlessly. Buffing the AP ratio makes that spike come much sooner.
I wonder if this thread was made to bait someone... Nah, it couldn’t be. The Freelo Witch is too smart for this thread.
