Anyone else ship those two?

I imagine as a stay at home kind of guy while his body building wife constantly tries getting him to 'move'.

Hmmm... Conquest can take so many forms! Sure, we could send in our armies and slaughter everyone - but we could also form a military alliance and gradually assert more and more power over them.

Or conquest through marriage - one of Noxus' elite marries Sejuani, endears himself to the Freljordians, then secretly has Sej assassinated and blames it on Demacia. The Freljordians unite behind the husband to exact vengeance on Demacia and BAM! Freljord is basically part of Noxus now!

This is, of course, if Noxus decides it doesn't want to actually conquer the Freljord.

Depends what you consider 'conquering'. If Sej married Darius and Darius were to become the leader of Noxus somehow, the Freljord and Noxus would be interjoined.
