It's pointless most of the times. You won't get the 3-hit proc out until you got tumble (or your enemy is stupid enough to give it for free)

Rank 1 Q does more damage than a rank 1 W proc since lv 1 armours are low anyway, you don't have to whack them 3 times, which a decent enemy will abuse and you get the dash on top of it. Rank 1 Q is pretty much superior in every single way unless you're playing against a block of wood who lets you AA them like 9 times.
