Who is your number 1 hated champ?
For me it is Fizz. He can die, burn in hell and then be reborn to die again and go back to hell. I would rather have 5 Teemos then one Fizz. Who is yours?

Not because he's strong, but because he's obnoxious. Seriously, why did riot think a Flash with added stealth and a free crit with bonus damage was a good idea?
I couldn't take a champion that I really hate I think. It really depends on the person who control it. I got Vayne's fed to destroy all my team and others that I've fed my adc on.
Maybe Teemo. I have the difficulty choosing when to attack with him. When I use a champion top-lane and the enemy laner is a Teemo, it can be quite difficult for me. Today, I was Yasuo mid against a Fizz. It was okay. Except that he escapes all my tornados with E, I was able to kill him.
Zed is another one that can be tough for me. I have the utmost difficulty seeing is range so when I feel safe, he ults me. XD''
So that's it for the champions that give me harder difficulties on the rift. But hey, I love them because they give me a change to prove myself and be better if I do well. ^^
I hate it when he's on my teem because almost nobody knows how to play him.

Can't just be one, because it's not the Champions, it's the people playing them, and certain players gravitate towards certain champions.
Zeds, Fizzes and Rivens are generally over-confidant twits who laugh after every kill like it took skill.
Yasuos, Lees and Vaynes/Jinxes are usually toxic, either complaining about their team, or insulting you constantly.
Udyrs, Shacos and Yis are just assholes, they do everything they can to make your game completely unfun.

I love playing him but hate facing an enemy using him
I hate Annie, she has too much damage for what her scaling is. Potential aoe stun at level 6. I know there is counter play to her but when you play against someone who has a repertoire of Annie behind them you are screwed in lane unless your jungle camps you.
Vi, followed by Fizz and LeBlanc. Katarina in ARAM.
Any assassin in the game. They are all broken.

I hated pre-nerf fizz with a burning passion. I felt like throwing a party every time I saw him suffer a painful death, and his death scream was music to my ears.
Right now I hate . Not only do I hate laning against him, 90% of the people who play him are complete assholes.
He's literally rewarded for doing nothing early game and punished for taking any risks. No-risk, all reward. I really feel he's a total failure in game design. He's not op, but holy goddamn hell he's got a toxic playstyle. No champion has been close to his level of non-interactability. Not even old 
. It still astounds me Rito hasn't reworked him. Years ago.
Everything about Irelia is the worst. She's got bullshit lifesteal, engages that would make Xin proud, tanky for no real reason, true damage, and an Ult that will most likely make you throw your keyboard out the window. You can't win lane against her unless you're maybe LeBlanc.
All these Nerf Irelia jokes and she's pretty god damn strong.

I hate when he's on my team cause alll he does is farm in lane and never shows up for team fights and i hate it when hes on the other team cause all hes doing is pushing lane and we have to send someone up there to seal with him. Also whither is the most broken ass ability in the game.

I don't actually hate any champions now a days. But if I had to pick my least favorite champions I'd say...
I hate babysitting.
Or any mirror matched champ I happen to be playing against in blind, simply because it's like both of our existences are nullfied by the clone on the enemy team. I tend to win mirror matches now a days, but they're still not much fun for either side.
