the olaf one is so true, he runs right through your entire team to the adc and kills them, and its such a pain

I got fed as olaf. I had rightous glory, bork, and blue smite. (i took cinderhulk one) There jhin had 14 kills. I litterally ran in with Glory and ult, got onto jhin slowing him with bork, fucking blue smite and my axes, killed him, then ghosted out with almost no hp. We won that fight. And then the game later on. My bot was 0/6 in laning.

I wonder why olaf isn't considered op, when he can run down your adc with low consequence

Well... if he builds damage to "burst" the ADC, he gets nuked. If he builds tanky, he won't kill the ADC before his ult runs out, since supports are not just about CC peels, but heals and shields too. And the ADC themselves with their little toys Draven item 3812 item 3046 .
