Will this game available at Essen 2016? Otherwise: What will shipping costs to germany?

We won't be at Essen this year, unfortunately.
It says on the official page.
"You can find Mechs vs Minions exclusively on the Riot Games Merch Store starting on October 13, 2016, at 11 AM PST.
How much will it cost?
Mechs vs Minions is $75 USD plus shipping and handling (depending on your country)
What languages is Mechs vs Minions available in?
The first wave will be in English and Simplified Chinese, with hopes to expand to more languages in the future!"
Also, Riot Catzpaw clarified that: "We're doing a simultaneous release in Europe and NA, so they should be available at the same from the merch store on 10/13. The initial wave is going to be 30,000 units in English and simplified Chinese, but you'll be able to download all the rulebooks and mission dossiers in multiple languages from the website."
yeah ive read this. but while they start selling at 13 October, its possible theyll join the biggest boardgame con of the world... THEY SHOULD! and "depending on your country" doesnt tell much.
It would be awesome if the game would be released in german. I play lots of board games with my family but their english isn't good enough for boardgames :( Any plans on the timing of the second wave (maybe with more languages hope)? :D
