On Thursday 13th it was nearly impossible to login in to place my MvM order. So I bought a copy as a guest. I do have a Paypal condirmation, but where can I track my order as a guest? I want to check also that proper e-mail was given. Do companies use e-mails provided by Paypal or only those that users register while they check out?
Didn't receive any email confirmation whatsoever after guest checkout either which is quite odd. I definitely expect a confirmation email for an online purchase. Only email I received was from PayPal. It said that my credit balance would be affected only after the vendor has processed the transaction.
First time using Riot merch store so some info would be nice. Can a Rioter confirm if that is normal procedure or a technical problem or something?
I also purchased as a guest through PayPal, but I did get an official Riot Order Confirmation. I know this is very cliche, but check your junk mail? You are able to track your order as guest from this link: https://na.merch.riotgames.com/en/customer/account/login/ and entering your info on the right side under Order Status. If you have your order number, billing address last name and the email you entered for confirmation you should be able to track.
I'm exactly on the same train like Mindstorm....only paypal e-mail that my funds WILL be transferred when merchant authorizes the transaction. I have already sent Paypal an e-mail asking them to tell me if the transaction is considered completed. Will update here for any news.... Also can someone put an order number to see how it looks like.....I got....invoice ID, I got Paypal transaction ID...so many numbers......
