Hey, After some info from internet i understand that my county (Lithuania EU) can't get this game. Am i right? or there's gonna be some exceptions for all EU countries that isn't in the list?

Unfortunately, that's correct. Initially, we won't be shipping to Lithuania. Apologies, DviCo.
