Hi all. Since my version of MvM didn't contain Mission 3: "You're not the boss of me!" (or: "Operation Tiny Evil") I need to know what Heimers schematic does and when it activates. I found the schematics of Corki, Trist and Ziggs on a Youtube video but I'm missing the Donger. So could you please help me out? Thanks!

Have you put in a support ticket? I know we have a bunch of them we're working through so it may take some time, but every set should be the full thing. You should get what you pay for and what we promised you!
It's called "Memory Upgrade".
It activated at Team Gears level 6. It's a Boost (so an ongoing effect) which read:
All player Command Card Drafts: deal one extra card.
