I received my MvM on Monday and I cannot continuos playing because it is came without "System Damage Card" in the Minions damage deck.
is it this normal? or is it an error?

i think that this damages appear in next levels.
Yes i have no "Symstem Damage Cards" too. But it's still playable without those cards. Either way i will write to the Support tomorrow.
It's not supposed to appear until very late in the game if I remember. The example that they give in mission 0 (the oil one) is unlocked at mission 4 or 5
System Damage is a card type, not a specific card, afaik. it describes damage cards that are permanent, but not slotted in to your command line. They're placed to the right of your command tray. The show up later than the first mission, so you won't find them in the initial damage cards.
