Split NA regions

So I have been noticing that the store works in almost every other language and every other region due to a split region and lack of crowding due to the lower population counts. Maybe for your stores riot should split NA into East and West or something. Just a thought or maybe allow all languages to ship to all countries cause if that were the case I could have changed my language to polish and ordered that way using google translator which i was doing up to the country/region portion when i realized i wouldn't be able to ship to the USA
