So, I just got this game the other day, opened it up, looked through all the cards, looked at like the first four pages of the tutorial (Until it says stop), and read the rulebook. I've got a question to clarify the types of damages, in the deck there are glitches and slot damages. There's a third type that I saw in the book, system damage, but I didn't see it in the deck. Is there a special way I'm supposed to calculate that? Or are those cards in later missions because I felt up the dossiers and felt rough things which I'd assume to be cards.

System damage shows up later in the game. You don't need to worry about it for at least the first 5 missions. When it does, you'll know how to use it because the symbol is the same as one used on schematics (which you'll also learn about soon enough).
