Urgent Change of Shipping Address

My order No. is 110193336. I made a mistake on the shipping address, I made a support ticket the next day sending the correct shipping address, ticket No. (#23733377). Sadly seems didnt work since today received the confimation that the order status is "complete". Please help me if still possible to change the address since in the tracking of the UPS show that it is still in the UPS facility.

Will appreciate the help.

As I understand it you need to make a UpsMychoice account https://www.ups.com/mychoice/ if you in the USA and then use that to either update the package (you'll need the tracking number afaik) or, you can call Ups 1-800-742-5877 (if you are in USA) and see if the package can be held at a distribution centre for pickup.

If you are Canadian you can reach out to i-parcel https://www.i-parcel.com/en/contact-us/ to do something similar.

Thanks Seras for the help. I'm not in Usa so it is a bit difficult for me to make the change. I called today to UPS if possible to change the address and they say that the shipper is the only one to change it. I told them to hold the package at their distribution center to try and change the shipping address.

Please help.
