Anyone buying this just as a collector's item?
I'm a board gamer and am very excited to play this game, but I'm wondering if there are LoL players that don't board game that are just looking to pick this up for the minis as display items, etc.

I hope these types of people won't be in a big hurry to get the game because I cannot wait to get this to the table
Agreed. I would be disappointed if a lot of people who wanted to play the game couldn't get their hands on it on the first run because a lot of collectors snatched it up with no intention of really using it for what it was intended for.
Sounds like there will be plenty of copies for everyone though.
yes, i'm definitely on the list of collector's. probably will try to grab 2 copies. one to keep unopened first print and one for display items.
i don't see why these pricks who posted before me think that playing it makes them deserve it before me if we're paying the same price and we both want it first, what difference does it make what someone is doing with it?
