I ordered an hour after the game was released and am still waiting on the shipping confirmation. Anyone still waiting for theirs?

Hey everyone,

Just wanted to jump in here and say that because of the order volume for both Worlds merch and Mechs vs Minions our warehouse was not able to ship out all copies of MvM ordered on Thursday/Friday at the same day. Combined with the fact that there is no fulfillment on the weekends and there are definitely still some Thursday orders waiting to be shipped out.

Sorry for the hold up, but rest assured they are fulfilling as fast as humanly (literally) possible.

For some clarification on the overall process: After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email saying "hey, we got your order! here's your order number and your order details" and your order status should say processing. Some time later (usually same day) you should receive an invoice email saying "we've charged your payment method!" Your order status will still say 'processing' but you now know that your paypal or credit card was charged. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment, and your order status will change to complete. There are a couple of other order statuses besides processing and complete, but it would indicate that the order was cancelled or something along those lines. Processing means that your order is still being fulfilled. I would say if your order has been on the "processing" status for more than 7 days, write in a PS ticket at support.riotgames.com with your order number and we can reach out to our warehouse directly to see what happened with your order. Usually this happens when the order was shipped out but failed to update in our systems.

I got an invoice e-mail but no order confirmation e-mail. Nothing that says "processing" or "we've charged your payment method". The invoice e-mail says "your order invoice is here!" in the subject heading but that's it. Should I submit a ticket?

I've heard of a few reports from players who said they didn't get a confirmation email. The invoice email would confirm that your order is in our system, and there might have been an issue with the email being sent out or it was filtered by spam or something. I would suggest submitting a ticket so we can find your order number based on your e-mail address so you can use that order number to keep track of your order status on the merch site, but that's up to you if you really need it or not.

I'm in Australia and got up 4:30am our time to order the game as it was released, I also still haven't received a shipping notification, but understand that it will take some time. My question is really about shipping duration - I believe my order will be shipped from Hong Kong - do you know how long it will take to reach Australia? It's Tuesday here, i'm hoping before Saturday!

The board game ships from Wisconsin, USA for Australia, so it'll probably take a couple of weeks, sorry =(

Whaaaat, thats extremely disappointing :( Why did I get an invoice from Riot Games Hong Kong Merchandise Limited then? I assumed OCE orders would get shipped from an OCE distributor?

Same here my order still processing and i had my order confirmation 6 min after the release.But I'm not really worried right now i can understand it's not easy for the riot merch guys.

It took a while, but finally got a tracking number. However, at the moment it only says that the details have recieved by UPS. Hopefully it arrives for you.

Like wise, ordered within 20 minutes and stu haven't got an order confirmation. Perhaps they are sending out confirmations based on location?

You should send a ticket. Confirmation orders were sent the same day and a day after we got Invoice.

My order is still processing :(

I'm on the same side as you guys, to be honest a massive order of aprox 13000 copies is a challenging order, but for RIOT I thought would be not a prob. Lets be patient, I think that we should be more alerted if we don't have any "news" by Friday......

For me it says it will arrive at late friday if not saturday but we will see. I hope i get it earlier cause i want to play it with my friends durring the weekend.

EUW here, bought it an hour after it released like you, and was also pretty worried. Just now I've received the tracking number. SO THEY ARE WORKING as quick as they can it seems.

Immediately after buying it I received the confirmation, then some hours later the Invoice (paid using paypal),

My MvM has been "processing" since 10/14/2016. Shouldn't I have received some sort of shipping information? The support still hasn't answered my ticket about shipping that I sent in on the 18th.
