Anyone still waiting on shipping?
I ordered an hour after the game was released and am still waiting on the shipping confirmation. Anyone still waiting for theirs?

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to jump in here and say that because of the order volume for both Worlds merch and Mechs vs Minions our warehouse was not able to ship out all copies of MvM ordered on Thursday/Friday at the same day. Combined with the fact that there is no fulfillment on the weekends and there are definitely still some Thursday orders waiting to be shipped out.
Sorry for the hold up, but rest assured they are fulfilling as fast as humanly (literally) possible.
For some clarification on the overall process: After you place your order, you should receive an order confirmation email saying "hey, we got your order! here's your order number and your order details" and your order status should say processing. Some time later (usually same day) you should receive an invoice email saying "we've charged your payment method!" Your order status will still say 'processing' but you now know that your paypal or credit card was charged. Once the order is shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your shipment, and your order status will change to complete. There are a couple of other order statuses besides processing and complete, but it would indicate that the order was cancelled or something along those lines. Processing means that your order is still being fulfilled. I would say if your order has been on the "processing" status for more than 7 days, write in a PS ticket at support.riotgames.com with your order number and we can reach out to our warehouse directly to see what happened with your order. Usually this happens when the order was shipped out but failed to update in our systems.

Same here my order still processing and i had my order confirmation 6 min after the release.But I'm not really worried right now i can understand it's not easy for the riot merch guys.
For me it says it will arrive at late friday if not saturday but we will see. I hope i get it earlier cause i want to play it with my friends durring the weekend.

EUW here, bought it an hour after it released like you, and was also pretty worried. Just now I've received the tracking number. SO THEY ARE WORKING as quick as they can it seems.
Immediately after buying it I received the confirmation, then some hours later the Invoice (paid using paypal),
I ordered on the 13th and mine shipped on the 17th and will deliver to Georgia on the 19th
Just got mine via UPS. Super stoked!
my friend who bought it 3 hours after my self got his shipped

My MvM has been "processing" since 10/14/2016. Shouldn't I have received some sort of shipping information? The support still hasn't answered my ticket about shipping that I sent in on the 18th.
Like wise, ordered within 20 minutes and stu haven't got an order confirmation. Perhaps they are sending out confirmations based on location?
I ordered on the 13th and am in wave 1 shipment 1, but still have not received the shipment email
I'm on the same side as you guys, to be honest a massive order of aprox 13000 copies is a challenging order, but for RIOT I thought would be not a prob. Lets be patient, I think that we should be more alerted if we don't have any "news" by Friday......
