Riot Helping u make your own missions

Hey everyone! I was just thinking, about, if some1 (maybe even Riot) would make a program, which you can make missions with (just so you can have the character imagines to drag, and things like that) I'm sure ppl would make so many missions with it. The other thing is, mainly to Riot if they would make a menu point where ppl would share their mission, as I was searching for 30min and couldnt find a single one.
