I don't know about the rest of you, but I lost the game. Right now. I lost the game.
It is a co-op game so most likely yes. You can also lose with cooperative board games like Pandamic and Arkham Horror.
All the scenarios have a lose condition. It's not uncommon to have to try a scenario a couple times before you can beat it.
The players can all lose together, and you probably will lose several times (because it's hard!). But one player is never eliminated early, everyone is in the game to the end.
