Zhonya's Minuteglass in Tutorial?

So I looked through the first part of the tutorial (up until it said not to read further) and the general rulebook in preparation to play. I noticed that the tutorial didn't mention using the timer during the draft phase (just to denote the first player), but the general rules did. Is the intent that we skip the timer for the first part of the tutorial while we're still figuring out the game? Or was that just left out?

The game adds on rules throughout the campaign, to make the game more accessible. So yes, it's intended that you don't use Zhonya's Minuteglass until the game tells you to.
