Azir Rework?

Why cant just change some value on it I think he is just too weak at the middle time in game I just dont know why u so love to nerf it His win rate is not too high ever and his ability is so special even its really hard to learn but I think its ok. AurelionSol's win rate is really too high why dont focus on nerf it? Sometime a game have to has difficult things and easy things dont make LOL become a stupid easy game. Im a Taiwan player. I dont know how to feedbake so I write these PLS dont rework Azir AND TAIWAN NO.1
