International shipping Questions?

Hello! I just read about this incredible game and of course; I am quite hyped for it and aiming to purchase it as soon as it becomes available! I was wondering however, which countries are "restricted" in terms of shipments? Sometimes Riot merch won't ship to certain countries; will mechs vs minions be the same?
