Tech support meaning
Hi there, I reached mission 6 and received a new heimer schematic card, tech support but I dont understand it.. can you please explain how the card works? Thanks.

It allows you to scrap a crad from your command line during draft.
If you upgraded your yellow attack2 to move3 last round, you could discard the move3 to go back to attack2.
It's a pretty nice card when your mechs are near full program and you took care to upgrade along different trees. Not so useful if you always use the same card to upgrade.
