Using crab for advantage agains enemy team

Hi Riot, i was thinking if u can add an slow after enemy team kills crab. If enemy team passes on the area that scuttle crab creates vision they get a short slow buff/debuff (sorry if i missspelled xD) so the enemy team needs to use more strategically the plants, for ganks or even to invade.
