no they aren't. I've been trying since it launched. and don't have it. others on this board have said they started 30 minutes in an d got it.

it also doesn't help that they are using an anti DDOS service (cloudflare) that seems to track by location. so if you are in an area that has a lot of people, most likely its being throttled even worse for you.

No they are not. I've been refreshing since an hour BEFORE the release and I have yet to succeed. If you got lucky, then congratulations... but that certainly doesn't mean you were came before anyone.

Yo! Reporting in, I left work at 11:05 to come home and order, got home at 11:30 and by 11:40 I had mine. Seeing these boards full of people who started at 10 'til or earlier proves that it is not first come first serve. It's the first to confirm their criticals.
