Wrong Pieces Coming with Mechs Vs. Minions

I just received my own copy of MvM yesterday and as my family and I were setting up to play I noticed I had gotten 2 trays of the minions in the box and was missing the tray with dice, crystal shards, and markers for the doom tracker and overdrive. I made a support ticket yesterday and am awaiting a response, but I was curious if anyone else had this problem?

UPDATE: Still haven't heard anything I opened another support ticket to try and get a refund. Their policy states that I can't return an item that's been opened. Maybe this will be a exception since there was no way for me to know anything was missing without opening the box? Any ideas would be appreciated.

UPDATE 2: The replacement pieces have shipped and I'll be getting them soon. Thanks guys :)

I'm so sorry the packaging got messed up, that really sucks and it's 100% on us :(

Player support is actively working through tickets right now, and I'm sorry for the delay, but we should be getting to it sooner rather than later. I don't know when your last edit was, but have you heard back yet?

I'm 100% sure we will get this resolved for you, and again, sorry for the negative experience :(

Oh wow, that's disappointing. Hopefully they get you your missing items a.s.a.p. I didn't have anything missing, but I did think something was missing after reading through Mission 1. No spoilers, but just a heads up that it will refer to NEW damage cards that aren't actually in that mission. That line was intended for Mission 2.

My guess would be an email, but that is the same as a support ticket I suppose. There isn't a support line to call?
