Wrong Pieces Coming with Mechs Vs. Minions

I just received my own copy of MvM yesterday and as my family and I were setting up to play I noticed I had gotten 2 trays of the minions in the box and was missing the tray with dice, crystal shards, and markers for the doom tracker and overdrive. I made a support ticket yesterday and am awaiting a response, but I was curious if anyone else had this problem?

UPDATE: Still haven't heard anything I opened another support ticket to try and get a refund. Their policy states that I can't return an item that's been opened. Maybe this will be a exception since there was no way for me to know anything was missing without opening the box? Any ideas would be appreciated.

UPDATE 2: The replacement pieces have shipped and I'll be getting them soon. Thanks guys :)

I'm so sorry the packaging got messed up, that really sucks and it's 100% on us :(

Player support is actively working through tickets right now, and I'm sorry for the delay, but we should be getting to it sooner rather than later. I don't know when your last edit was, but have you heard back yet?

I'm 100% sure we will get this resolved for you, and again, sorry for the negative experience :(

It's all good :) they just got to my ticket yesterday and currently working through it. I guess I didn't realize how busy you guys were with Worlds and the release of this game. So sorry for being a little bit impatient. Still can't wait to play :)

According to support no but I have yet to receive a tracking # for the pieces they just have said they have shipped. All i got was a order confirmation for the pieces I was missing.

Oh wow, that's disappointing. Hopefully they get you your missing items a.s.a.p. I didn't have anything missing, but I did think something was missing after reading through Mission 1. No spoilers, but just a heads up that it will refer to NEW damage cards that aren't actually in that mission. That line was intended for Mission 2.

So far all I've done is open a support ticket with Riot which is what they sad you should if you have lost a piece in their FAQ. I'm open to other suggestions since I still haven't heard anything.
