Or you know, Imperial assault, Descent, Gears of war the board game, Doom the board game, Mansions of Madness, thats just the minature and tile based dungeon crawlers we've also got Robo Rally for programmable movements and VOLT: Robot Battle Arena or Pandemic Legacy Risk Legacy or Seafall for Legacy Style Elements and hidden components Finally theirs Blood Rage, 7 Wonders, Dominion or Star Realms for Card drafting.

Fact is it's basically a mishmash of alot of other concepts from games, no single element is really original but the combination is unique and the production is stellar.

How is it like that at all besides having a board and miniatures? The main mechanism behind the game is programmed movement. Think Space Alert, RoboRally, or many others: https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgamemechanic/2689/action-movement-programming

I own this game, it is absolutely nothing like it. I do not know what you are grasping at here.

MvsM is plan from the get go and work around what you've programmed and ensure you and friend accomplish goals.

WarhammmerST is dungeon crawling and random events and with extremely different mechanics usually centered around rooms and what they offer.

They are both Co-op, they are mission based, They both have miniatures (Which Warhammer offers extremly higher quality ones because Games workshop), and they offer replayability.
