[May 25th] -- NA Ranked Disabled for Live Maintenance

Hey all,

In the early morning hours on May 25th, we are performing live maintenance on the NA servers and the Riot direct network. As a precaution, we will disable ranked at 12:30AM PDT (existing ranked games will be allowed to finish) and start the actual maintenance around 2:00AM PDT. Hopefully, we should get this all wrapped up in a few hours, but there are some players who may encounter some disconnects during this period.

For some additional info, this maintenance is something we want to complete ASAP due to the issues EUW experienced this past weekend. After we resolved the issues, we investigated further and realized there was an issue with some of our routers on our network. We checked our routers we have in NA and found that they had a risk of a similar problem. We are doing some pro-active maintenance making sure we don’t shoot ourselves in the foot twice.

We’ll make sure to provide further updates as they come in!

So in detail what exactly is the problem that's being faced? Sometimes you guys don't really inform us of much when it comes to some of the things that pop up but when things are over with after a few months you get into so much detail we need a tl;dr version of the novel you put together.

So, what is the estimated time that ranked queues will be back up.

Doesn't matter if it's stated in Eastern Timezone, or Pacific Timezone. Just the information would be helpful for me; and I'm sure everyone else that is wondering at this time.

Hoping I could get a comment on this ASAP.
