Jungle Shaco Starting Items?

Before the Spirit Stone changes I usually ran Long Sword + pots in order to get instant combat stats, easier build to BotRK or Hydra as opposed to Hunter's Machete. Now, I'm not exactly sure since Spirit Stone drains life and mana, and allows Spirit of the Elder Lizard (which, after building, practically gives a free red buff due to Shaco's passive E)

Thoughts?

Machete builds allow for sustain in jungle and easier farming with the added bonus damage. Go long sword if your basically only jungling for the buffs and ganking as much as you can the rest of the time.
