Rune Changes for Season 4 @Riot

Hey Riot,
could you, pretty pretty please, I mean like pretty pretty please with a cherry on top, refund ALL runes bought ?
And not just the ones you will change ?
There are a lot of reasons why this is logical !
I just can't name them all, because it would take you soooooo long to read them all, and I wouldn't want to do that to you guys :D
