Double Dare for anyone at Riot up for the challenge :d

I double mega-super-duper-uber-ultra dare you to create a '[Champion Concept]' in this community, with a second account -> anonymous.
Then wait for the reaction of the community over 5-14 days, and when you feel like the time's right, comment with your actual account saying something like 'This is my concept , lol xD'.
Rules :
-Must be anonymous.
-Has to be in the new community under 'fan creations', using the tools given there.
-You may form groups.
-In the case of you doing some wombo-combo stuf', please explain to us how you made it look so good.
-No 3D-models
-Oh, and I don't know if you should write that you accepted the challenge, if you did, maybe people will expect it then ...

Edit : This is all fun-based, we won't take your concepts seriously, expecting them to show up in league anytime soon. But try your best to make them look realistic ... contradicts itself I know.
