In-game Chat position resets since 3.12
Since patch 3.12, my in-game chat keeps resetting to default position with the start of each new game.

This happens to me as well. I tried searching for any fixes on the normal forums but none of the relevant threads had been answered. I suppose just hope it gets fixed eventually.
