[Client] Continuously loading from server when creating a custom game
Summary: When creating a custom game on Summoner's Rift with default settings the client will show a "Retrieving data from server" prompt.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Launched league of legends client
- Attempt to create customer game with default settings

Workaround: After a few seconds a cancel button will appear. If you hit that, it will put you in the lobby and you can continue about your business.
