Thoughts on shaco?
where is he on the jungling tier?
Is he worth trying to master?
with j4 nerf im looking for a new jungler, and ive noticed that if he manages to get a kill within 8-10 minutes he tends to carry entire game

Currently he's basically worthless unless you're amazing with him. A lot of champions can do his job about as well as he can without the massive learning curve.

Don't even bother playing Shaco unless you plan to master him. That being said, he's easily the most fun champion in the game to play so I highly recommend it.

J4 barely got tapped...besides he's still an extremely strong pick due to his massive gap closing, ganking, and peeling abilities. In general this logic is a bit flawed, play champions because you enjoy their mechanics, not because they're one of the strongest champions in the role you're looking to play.
One of my friends plays a lot of Shaco. He doesn't carry; the goal is to put the enemy team far behind early since you are incredible for the first few levels but fall off late game. Also be aware that he has some of the most sensitive balance of any jungler, so it might be wise to wait until the season 4 changes come out and see what he's like.
Nocturne and Vi are great choices at the moment.
1st of all ap shaco falls behind after 20 min, 2nd of all shaco ad is super powerful, 3 rd of all his q is perfect for ganking and thats all for me. hes really hard to master.
Shaco, at this point, is very weak unless played spectacularly well.
