Solution to make Scrying Orb viable

Didnt know his upgrade had it :D but I would just decrease its cooldown at early lvl (put it at 30 seconds at lvl 1) so you would have to chose between 60 seconds of vision ever 120 seconds (yellow trinket) or 4x 5 = 20 seconds vision in 120 mins.

That just makes it do 50% of the Sweeping Lens's job, but better due to longer range.

The upgraded form of the lens trinket already has this functionality. How would you account for the overlap? Would you change the lens as well? Keep the overlap?

It would be viable if the cd would get lower and the range higher, it would theoretically synergies well with longranged stuff like Xeraths ult, just that the range currently isn't even half as big as that of Xeraths ult.
