After Patch, So many lags while playing.. almost all games

I have no IDEA what's going on with this lag.

I had no problem until last patch. after last patch, i can't play my own game.

my ping is 86 as usual, but my screen just stops when my line start to fight especially, fighting with other champs.

It makes me so mad!!! I'm not mad about losing game but I'm mad because i can't play my own game.

It is very a serious problem that Riot really put their heads and money to solve it.

To be honest, more and more ppl will play game and if lag keep happens. they will play other game.

P.S - I have updated adobe air and all related programs.

I thought I was the only one.. Its more of an all game glitching than a lag. Like in the past year that I have been playing; no matter where or on who's internet, I get lag now and then.. The ping shoots up, my champion bounces around a little. No big deal really. This is so different though! More in team fights than any other time it just freezes so bad, I cant even get my abilities off!! Its so frustrating. I just want to play like normal!
