Include more information in-game

I've been told that some stats, like attack speed, have a capped value. Without reading this online, the only way I would have learned that would be by building too much attack speed in game and probably thinking it was a bug or weird math scaling falloff thing. Can this information be displayed somewhere in game? My first thought would be on the tooltip for the stat on the panel in the lower left corner.

Likewise, can CDR be displayed on the panel with a note about its cap?

The current system essentially requires players that don't know about this to be told by other players. This seems a bad method to communicate base mechanics of the system.

I think another one is the way armor and MR works. i played for months without knowing about that. A tutorial video made by riot showing a bunch of in game things like that would be really cool.

It's a battle between stat display and information and UI clutter. Sure it wouldn't add much real estate to show CDR, but what you get it for is your spells and you can see when their cooldown is off and therefore see what you need to see to function there.

As for little nuances like the Attack Speed cap, CDR cap and other. A info guide that would be a nice addition within the client, possibly going away past a certain level (20 maybe?). There is already a new player guide on the main site, but more game specific facts like that may be better suited to be closer to the game itself. Thinking out loud here
