Underpowered champions

I think that some champions have a very low skillcap, like Garen, Fiddlesticks, Rammus, and etc. Their skills mostly depend on decision-making. I think that's very boring and that needs a fix. Also, you're not likely to get very far with those kinds of champions in most games, especially in high-skill level ones. I think those champions just need a change with some stuff.

(awkward transition) I think that all champions should be able to be played and have a good chance of winning in all levels of plays. I think assassins like Kha'zix, or LeBlanc are not viable in professional-skill level plays. The low-skillcap champions, too, are not picked in high-skill level plays.

idk I'm not a very good writer, but I think these things need some fixes.
