[Bug] Aatrox's W bug is still live

I just played a custom, and Aatrox's W was proc'ing on every 2 hits instead of every 3. I was in the jungle, trying out Feral Fire, and noticed it. I usually don't ever turn Blood Price on, just Blood Thirst, but when I changed it, the bug went away. I hope some of this information helps deal with the issue.
