Custom UI?

I've seen several Twitch streams with people that apparently have a custom UI for LoL. As someone who started really playing less than a month ago, please forgive me if I've just missed the documentation.

How exactly do I go about doing that and what UI skins are highly recommended?

Define custom UI, a lot of streamers use an overlay image with their name on which is only displayed on the stream and not seen ingame, do you have a picture of said UI

Like the radar has a different position, they have a bigger shop button. Their team's life is in a different spot on the screen. The the elements composing the User Interface are different.

I can definitely see the confusion because I know what you mean about the overlays (especially ones with webcams etc).

I found a site: http://leaguecraft.com/uimods/

Are they legal? What is the process for installing them? Are they advisable?

Just to make sure we stay on topic, if you visit the link I shared in my last post.. That's what I'm talking about. I'm a brand new player and not very good (yet), no plans on streaming myself anytime soon.

I used to mod my UI for EQ and WoW, and I wanted to know how that worked in LoL.

Judging from the relative dearth of responses, I'm guessing it's not too common or advisable.

98% sure that you mean a screen overlay streamers put in their recording program. Thats no custom LoL Ui
