Defense-Blitzcrank / Offense-Blitzcrank, but as two different Champions, so both could be on the same team.
Young Zilean / Old Zilean (through time travel or something)
Corki with a heli / Corki with a tank
Nunu / Willump
Calm Renekton / Rage Renekton
Annie / Grown up Annie
