@Riot Please Give Corki A Rework

Corki has been one of my favorite ADCs for a while now, there's just something about the little flying yordle that I love. However, Corki has really fallen on some hard times for a while now. There was a brief moment where he was picked up again, but that was only because of the Tri Force buffs back in season 3. Since then he went back down the basement dweller where he's been for a while now.

Riot has made good attempts on buffing Corki by improving his mana costs and making his late game better (buffs to R and on PBE Q are a testiment to this), but I think it's time to give up on his kit and build him a new one.

His current kit is just a convoluted mess that clash against each other. His Passive deals true damage, his E is an up close and personal armor shredder,and his Q and R both deal magic damage. Nothing flows together at all making him a mess to play.

I know Riot's been trying and I appreciate it, but I finally believe that Corki simply needs a new kit to make him feel better.

P.S. If there is a VU for the Corkster or a new skin, Corki's gyrocopter should "show" the damage Corki has taken. So for instance, if corki is sitting at 50% health, his copter should have a dent, maybe the propeller is wabbling, or maybe smoke is coming out the back, something showing his machine is getting beat up.
