Kog Maws back babyyyy. well almost

With the assassin meta dying down a bit Kog maw will comeback I'm sure. However unlike season 2 assassins are still really viable that's why I thinktheres a small chance to buff Kog and give it a small oomf to his gameplay. Like nocture add bonus movement speed on his e. I doesn't have to be much. This would let Kog plays survive a bit better second decide to slow for the team or escape. Last give a bit more chasing potential! It doesn't really take away from the high risk gameplay because it allows a heater reward for going all in because then you can chase better and during teamfights u can actually kinda kite vs a swift boot bruser or tank!
