When you're sucking
What does one do when you're getting completely outplayed, outmatched and just having a downright unlucky experience in lane?

Depending upon how bad you're getting outmatched...
Don't be ashamed to hide under the turret and be patient. Sometimes you won't be able to get back into the game until after your turret is down - but that's ok. Don't kill yourself trying to farm. If you're getting zoned out of farm, then just suck up the loss of farm and let your team know you're struggling in an informative manner (no whining, complaining, insulting, etc). Don't expect a gank if you're far behind, the jungler's time may be better spent snowballing another lane. Just minimize the damage and avoid feeding. If your lane opponent starts roaming, let your team know. Keep wards up and take the opportunity to get some CS while he's gone. Most of the time (at my level) when the first turret goes down your lane opponent will begin roaming. That's when you work to catch up.
I've had games where I've been so out matched in lane I could get like 0 CS. I've had games where leaving the turret was pretty much death. But as soon as my tower went down I was able to do two important things: farm freely and help in team fights.
The most important thing though is your attitude. Stay calm and make reasoned decisions.
Being behind is a great learning opportunity. It forces you to analyze your decisions more than you would while ahead.
Get your game together. Here are some tips:
Ask for help, play the best that you can and try not to die!
Thanks guys, all really helpful tips. After reading your comments I think i'm realizing I just need to keep from letting my pride get in the way of common sense and playing smart lol.
I am learning and sometimes I got frustrated, now, I go back to my turrent, take a deep breath and focus, best thing I can do is not to feed, so better safe than sorry, trying to acomplish something to let my team think I am useful can lead to a lot of deaths, try to be useful in another way, paying attention at minimap and roaming the camera freely I can ping and/or chat my team to prevent them from being ganked, also making them know what is happening so thay are not expecting me to do nothing wrong, if they know thay are gonna be 4v5 will give them chance to reorganize, remember not to be ashamed to say it, sometimes guarding base/turrets is a big help too.
Honestly guys, after posting and reading through your comments and taking your advice to heart my game has definitely improved. My deaths in a lot of my games have been down 60 to 70 %. Appreciate the quick and helpful responses.
Never go on tilt. Once you go on tilt, the game's pretty much lost. If you find that you can't even cs, try picking up golems or wolves/wraith on your way back to the lane when you can. They help more than people give them credit for. Of course you have to ask your jungler for them, since it is theirs to begin with.
What the others said, but I want to emphasize to not get too frustrated. We've all been there at least once, from diamond to bronze, and your team could very well be crushing in other lanes. Just focus on farming and playing passive, your opponent's extra strength difference is useless if they can't deny you farm and they can't get kills. Also, be sure to call mia's as soon as possible as strong laning opponents may venture to greener pastures (lanes) if they can't get to you.
