Let Ashes passive proc on Turrents.

I'm honestly not sure how I feel about her passive proc'ing on structures. But I feel like it would be handy for Riot to have a more cohesive stance as to what does and doesn't proc on structures. Or at least provide a list in the champion information section of the website. It's that sort of information that can help people when they are learning new champions or are just now getting into the game.

I would be interested in trying it out. I mean, Jinx's passive procs on towers. It would at least be interesting for them to toy with on the pbe or something.
