April , 9 2014 Server Issues?

I just entered into a ranked game and bought items and then my ping shot up to 500 and I've been stuck on "attempting to reconnect"

*UserKernal (not responding) UserKernel doesn't respond. League of Legends works the same if I Forcequit to UserKernal. The last time that UserKernal actually responded was several weeks before this post. I hypothesize that this is the source of the lag. *

So much Lag Playing as

I've recently been disconnected from two or three games.. After the matchmaking queue, and the game launches, it says that I'm disconnected and something to do with firewall. Occurred out of nowhere. I hope I don't get banned for this.
